Rick Alday thrives on helping customers succeed in fundraising by supporting them in his role as a support technician at GiveWP.

He is a committed member of the WordPress community (since 2008) as an active contributor in the forums (tech support since 2010), and WordCamp attendee and organizer. Rick cofounded the Mexico City WordPress meetup in 2013, and organized WordCamp Mexico City 2015-2020.

Rick is an avid gardener and photographer based in Galeana, Morelos, Mexico, where he and his wife are raising a beautiful family.
