For more than 20 years, Gale Wallace has been in the web development industry. Currently working for Pantheon.io, a WebOps platform supporting Drupal and WordPress, as a Customer Success Manager. She has an opportunity to work with a number of our amazing customers, assessing site performance, potential improvements, security risks, upcoming project scopes, and enhancements. Prior, Gale was the Web Services Manager/Developer for Marketing and Communications at Rockford University for more than 13 years.

Her passion for WordPress and for team involvement is also what led me to get involved with volunteering for organizations such as WordPress Core, WordCamp US (WCUS), WPCampus, and HighEdWeb. Gale has met so many fantastic people from these organizations and is so grateful to be able to give back when and where she can.

While Gale loves everything web development & digital marketing, she is equally passionate about photography, videography, and flying drones.
