WordCamp US planning does require more time than local WordCamp planning! Because of this, the organizing team will start onboarding in December 2021.

What kind of commitment can you expect to make?

In addition to event planning tasks, squads will have weekly or bi-weekly meetings leading up to WCUS in late August-early September 2022.
