Thank You Social

- Where: outside at Look Out Point – the patio adjacent to the Sponsor Hall
This social is not only a way for those involved with the event to familiarize themselves with the location and be updated on any new information they may need, it is also a celebration of our volunteers, speakers, and organizers for their generous contribution of time and talent.
It’s also where volunteers and organizers will receive their unique event staff t-shirts and a commemorative gift. Speakers will also be able to pick up their appreciation gift.
Attendance is highly encouraged. Appetizers and drinks will be served. Please RSVP.
WCUS Social

- When: Saturday, September 10th, from 7:00-9:00 pm
- Where: outside in Riverfront Park at Town and Country Resort, just a short walk from the venue
Formerly known as the After Party, the WCUS Social is an excellent way to unwind with fellow attendees and meet new members of the community. A few hours after our last session, the WCUS Social is where we get to celebrate a weekend of learning and community.
Relax together and get to know one another more over drinks and appetizers.
Badges Required
As always, you will need your badge to attend any official event. Pre-registration will be available on Thursday to help with this, and attendees will be responsible for having their badges at the Saturday night event.
