Out of an abundance of caution and to make this event as accessible as possible to those attendees that have additional health concerns, WordCamp US 2022 will:
- be a masked event
- require either a negative COVID test or vaccination to attend
- follow the guidelines of the San Diego authorities

WordCamp US is partnering with VOW Digital Health, who has built a secure, confidential system for you to safely upload your documents for verification by trained professionals.
This allows you to easily comply with the policy and keep your sensitive information confidential.
Using the VOW System
In an email to all ticket holders, we walk you through the steps to setting up an account and what you can expect once your information has been uploaded. It also covers data security and what you can expect at registration.

These arrangements have been chosen for the COVID-19 health and safety of all attendees, and no exceptions will be made.
Hand sanitizer and masks will also be available onsite during the event, and activities, such as lunch and the event socials, will be outdoors.
