Contributor Day is where the WordPress community comes together to build the project, and everyone is welcome, whether it is your first contribution or your five-hundredth. You will join a team, work alongside experienced contributors, and leave having helped move WordPress forward.
Doors open at 9:00 am with opening remarks at 9:30, and the day runs to 5:00 pm. Registration for Contributor Day is free and separate from your WordCamp ticket, so sign up here if you haven’t yet.
New to contributing? Come to the Connector Table near the entrance. We will help you set up a WordPress.org profile, get onto WordPress Slack, and make your first contribution, and we will point you to the right team for what you care about.
