Jen, known to many in the WordPress community as Swish, is the Support Operations Lead for the Jetpack plugin at Automattic. In her day-to-day, she focuses on streamlining support operations and improving the support experience for her team and the users they support.
WordCamp US 2026 marks Jen’s 10th WordCamp, a reflection of her long-standing commitment to the WordPress community and the people who make it thrive. She is thrilled to be a part of the marketing team, where she helps craft blog and social media content to keep the community informed and engaged in the lead-up to the event.
In her spare time, Jen enjoys reading, sewing, and spending time with her rescue dog, Jersey.
