Dustin Hartzler is a Customer Success Manager at WooCommerce (Automattic), where he works with enterprise and high-value merchants to drive growth and long-term success on the platform. With deep roots in the WordPress and WooCommerce ecosystem, he brings a technical foundation and a consultative approach to helping merchants scale. He has also served as an organizer of WordCamp US for over a decade, helping shape one of the flagship events of the global WordPress community.

When he’s not in front of the computer (which is rare), he enjoys spending time CrossFitting, reading, 3d printing and traveling. He lives in Dayton, OH with his wife, 12 year old daughter, and 9 old son.
