You came to WordCamp US to talk plugins, pixels, and publishing, but now your conference badge is doubling as a golden ticket to something just as exciting:
Exclusive one-time access to the Nike Company Store with 40% off most merchandise.
That’s right. Shoes, gear, apparel (and very possibly the item you’ve had sitting in your Nike cart for the past week) all at a steep discount, just for being part of WordCamp US 2025 in Portland. And yes, this is real life.
Here’s When You Can Go
Dates:
- Tuesday, August 26 – Sunday, August 31, 2025
Location:
- Nike Company Store 3485 SW Knowlton Road, Beaverton, OR 97005
Store Hours:
- Monday – Saturday: 10 AM – 8 PM
- Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Reminder: your pass gets you a one-time entry, so plan your visit accordingly.
What You’ll Need to Get In
To access the store, bring:
- Your WordCamp US badge, and
- A valid government-issued photo ID
Your invite also covers:
- One permanent partner
- Dependent children (up to age 22, or 24 with a college ID)
All guests 15+ must show ID and check in with you at the same time. Also: proof of shared address is required for partners and dependents. (Yep, Nike’s keeping it tight.)
Shopping Rules (Read Before You Tap That Card)
- 40% off most Nike merchandise
- Limit of 30 items OR $3,000 pre-discount per transaction
- Items may not be purchased for resale.
- Returns only (with receipt) at any US Nike store—no exchanges.
- Please don’t wear competitor brands into the store. Just… be cool.
A Note for Student Athletes
If you’re a high school student-athlete, heads up: the NCAA considers shopping at the Nike Company Store an “extra benefit,” which could affect your eligibility. Don’t risk it and check with your coach before you go.
TL:DR
- WordCamp badge = Nike access.
- One-time entry, bring your badge and government issued ID, wear Nikes not <insert rival brand here>.
- Shop smart, shop once, and maybe pack an extra bag
- Refrain from wearing competitor brands in the store
To button lace things all up, you came for the code, but you’re leaving with discounted kicks. And honestly? That feels like a win.
