Veteran WordCampers know the Happiness Bar as one of the best spots at camp, a welcoming space for learning, networking, and getting answers. For first-time attendees, it’s one of the most valuable places you can visit: a dedicated spot to sit down, ask questions, and leave feeling more confident with WordPress.
So, What IS the Happiness Bar?
Think of it as WordCamp’s very own “Genius Bar”, a dedicated space where you can sit down with a WordPress expert to get one-on-one help with your website.
Want to install a plugin but aren’t sure how? Curious about a new theme? Looking to solve some code issues or get security advice? Just starting and need help getting your homepage up and running? The Happiness Bar is the place to do it.
What Can You Expect?
Getting unstuck. From e-commerce setup to Block Editor questions, and everything in between.
Working through code or design questions. Walk through CSS tweaks, HTML basics, or troubleshooting issues.
Learning from experts. They’ll help point you in the right direction, share resources, and get their hands dirty with your WordPress site to find you the solution you’re looking for.
Finding community. It’s not just about solving problems, it’s about connecting, learning, and walking away with more confidence.
Who Runs the Happiness Bar?
The amazing WordCamp volunteers! They hail from all kinds of backgrounds, developers, designers, bloggers, business owners, and yes, even some of our event speakers. They staff the Happiness Bar throughout the event, ready to help out with all things WordPress. Not every problem can be solved on the spot, but you’ll always leave with direction, resources, or a next step.
Where Can You Find It?
