Mitch Canter is the Director of Engineering at WebDevStudios, where he oversees a team of skilled developers and engineers to create innovative web solutions for amazing clients. With over 20 years of WordPress experience, Mitch brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to WebDevStudios, particularly in project management, team leadership, and process optimization.
His skill set includes WordPress development, custom plugin creation, theme development, and technical strategy. In his current role, Mitch is responsible for managing the team’s day-to-day activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Prior to joining WebDevStudios, Mitch spent his career working with companies, agencies, and creators worldwide. He has created award-winning websites for bloggers, set up podcasters for success, and written hundreds of blog posts teaching people how to best use WordPress. He is also an accomplished speaker, having presented at conferences and events worldwide on topics such as WordPress, web development, and marketing. Mitch holds a degree in advertising from Murray State University.
When he’s not working, Mitch enjoys playing video games, streaming on Twitch, and unplugging in the great outdoors. He currently resides in Spring Hill, Tennessee, with his wife and kids.
