Master’s in Information Technologies with a specialization in Project Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering with an emphasis in Networks and Telematic Systems. Certified Microsoft Office Specialist and active member of the Professional Association of Informatics and Computing.
She has extensive experience in higher education, academic program management for Systems Engineering, and accreditation and reaccreditation processes. She has also contributed to international projects fostering educational cooperation for the European Union.
At Universidad Fidélitas, she currently leads Fidélitas Virtual for the School of Systems, while also engaging in accreditation processes, community outreach, university extension programs, industry collaboration, and think tank initiatives. Beyond academia, she is actively involved in the WordPress community in Costa Rica, serving as a volunteer and organizer for events such as WordCamp 2023, 2024, Women WordPress Day 2024 and 2025, and WordPress Campus Connect 2025.
