WordCamp US is the premiere North American event for web professionals. This event will include one Contributor Day, one Showcase Day (a day devoted to showcasing and exploring the most innovative uses of WordPress), and two days of informative sessions from some of the best presenters in the WordPress community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Without our generous sponsors, WordCamp US would not be affordable to the vast majority of the WordPress community. A $100 ticket provides four full days for attendees to gain insight from our speakers, network with others, and contribute to the WordPress open source project. By sponsoring WordCamp US you further the project&#8217;s mission to democratize publishing through open source, GPL software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you are interested in becoming a sponsor,&nbsp;please <\/strong><a href=\"#application\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"application\">fill out the sponsorship application form below<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee a sponsorship. <a href=\"https:\/\/make.wordpress.org\/community\/handbook\/wordcamp-organizer\/planning-details\/gpl-primer\/\">All sponsors must be 100% GPL Compliant<\/a>. Super Admin sponsors will have a significant presence in the sponsor hall, and be prominently featured on the official WordCamp US website. Here are some details on how Super Admin sponsors receive recognition:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prominent, largest logo and link on official WordCamp US website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First option to purchase <strong>branded signage packages and add-on opportunities.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exclusive post on official WordCamp US website that features your organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thank you posts for your individual brand from official WordCamp US social media account.<em> Sponsors may provide first drafts of these posts to the Communications team, subject to their approval.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to 300 words and one image in an email to attendees, sent with other Super Admin and Admin-level sponsors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acknowledgment and thanks during opening remarks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Option for raffle during closing remarks. Using creative, clear messaging, take up to 60 seconds to be an on-stage presence for brand, building brand loyalty by declaring a winner of your raffle (<em>raffle winners will collect their prize off-stage at a predetermined location<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Largest logo on the \u201cthank you sponsors\u201d signage in the sponsor hall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inclusion of your logo in the largest size on the between-session slide at the event and on the live stream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large Booth (approximately 30 ft by 20 ft) with prime placement in the sponsor hall for two days of conversing with attendees, recruiting, and meeting and greeting (September 19-20).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Largest logo on the \u201cthank you sponsors\u201d signage in the venue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to eight (8) complimentary tickets for your team to the WordCamp US Event and up to four (4) tickets to all associated sponsor-related events. Admin sponsors will be acknowledged in Opening Remarks, have a notable presence in the venue, and be prominently featured on the official WordCamp US website.
