Christy Nyiri

Christy leads the design arm of Automattic’s Special Projects team, where she helps interesting people, projects, and organizations have a great experience with WordPress. A Canadian expat and former karaoke host, Christy taught herself to design and code 17 years ago and has since worked with a wide range of cultural clients, including MoMA, the CBC, and PRINT Magazine. She now lives in Brooklyn, where she talks to her plants and spends way too much time on Twitter.
