A longstanding tradition of WordCamps is that sponsors and “friends of WordPress” will often organize unofficial side events that take place outside of WordCamp’s official hours.
These events often (but don’t always) take the form of networking parties at places like bars, coffee shops, driving ranges, or other fun locations in and around the host city.
WordCamp US 2024 is no different, with a number of these events already planned! What is different this year is that we’re sharing links to all of them on our new Side Events page!
While WordCamp US does not endorse or organize these events ourselves, we encourage you to check them out and consider RSVPing to any that sound interesting. They’re a great way to meet new people and help grow your particular WordPress bubble!
Many events have a limited capacity and can sell out quickly, so don’t wait!
