Virtual Sponsorship Levels
Tier 1 (Sold Out) – $25,000
- Virtual sponsor booth (referred to as sponsor lounge on website).
- The setup and management of the sponsor booths are the responsibility of the sponsor.
- The virtual sponsor booths will be mentioned throughout the event, as well as linked to from the official WordCamp US website.
- Embedded video and/or playlist on your sponsor page.
- Sponsors are to provide YouTube/Vimeo link.
- Examples: product demonstration, custom message to WordCamp US attendees, etc.
- Two (2) call-to-action buttons on your sponsor page.
- Sponsors are to provide links and button text for call-to-action buttons.
- Examples: Link to your blog/newsletter sign-up page, link to an exclusive discount, etc.
- Sponsor Presentation/Activity
- Examples: Q&A with a WordCamp US Organizer, Product Demos
- Three (3) 30-minute planned presentations, one of which is a dedicated time slot, submitted with title and description for approval.
- Largest logo display during the livestream in between sessions.
- Mention of your sponsorship on the official WordCamp US website, including logo and link.
- Exclusive post on the official WordCamp US website that features organization.
- Thank you tweets from the official WordCamp US Twitter account.
- Acknowledgment and thanks during opening remarks and State of The Word.
Tier Two (Sold Out) – $15,000
- Virtual sponsor booth (referred to as sponsor lounge on website).
