Have you ever wanted to get up and share your WordPress story with 1,000 of your closest WordPressers? Here is your chance! WCUS wants to hear your story as everyone has a unique and diverse story that should be heard. We will be accepting speaker submissions until April 15, 2019 so do not delay, submit today! The application process for the annual Kim Parsell Memorial Scholarship is open!
Every year The WordPress Foundation offers one scholarship for a woman of any assigned sex who contributes to WordPress to attend WCUS. The woman must not have attended WCUS previously and has a financial need. The scholarship will cover the cost of the event ticket, round-trip flight, and lodging during the event. Applications for the Kim Parsell Memorial Scholarship will be open until Friday, May 31, 2019 at 12am Pacific. The application can be found here.
