Tina Peterson is the founder & manager at the Sprint Accelerator. In her role, she is responsible for outreach, products and programs focusing on entrepreneurship and corporate innovation regionally and nationally. She also works with corporate leaders on support programs and collaboration efforts. Tina has been an organizer and facilitator with Startup Weekend and worked to create a similar format for corporate use. As an active Kansas City leader, Tina helped to start Athena League, was on the founding board of Kansas City Women in Tech, interfaces with many KC organizations and regularly mentors entrepreneurs.
In past roles, Tina has lead initiatives for large-scale engineering and network deployments, disaster recovery efforts and new product development. She has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from George Washington University and a MS from the University of Kansas.
