Morning Office Yoga: Second Floor Atrium

Come join in for some light stretching, breathing and meditation exercises for increased peace, focus and excellence. No mats, special clothes, experience or flexibility is needed. Zac is an experienced yoga instructor who has taught companies at work, practiced yogis in studios and children. The exercises we do will feel good while we are doing them as well as leave a nice lingering feel good effect. During and in between the exercises, we will discuss some of the physical, mental and emotional benefits of what we are doing as well as learn some simpler (and more advanced) adaptations you can try on your own. At the end, everyone will get 3 simple tricks for keeping up your energy and health during the WordCamp. (While everyone is encouraged you join in, you are totally allowed to just sit and listen 🙂 )
