(We expect over 3,000 attendees!)<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what we&#8217;ve been up to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Putting together the internal teams that work on various areas, like sponsorship, website design, marketing, and volunteer coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Reaching out to sponsors to provide the financial support an event this size requires.<\/li>\n<li>Improving the way speakers will be able to submit proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Working through any issues from the 2015 event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Be sure to sign up for email updates, or follow along on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WordCampUS\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/facebook.com\/WordCampUSA\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook<\/a>, so you\u2019ll be on top of all of the latest developments.
