Joe Schaffner is a librarian at the University of Pennsylvania who manages the Canvas at Penn Blog, which provides news and information to the University about the Canvas learning management system. In addition to leveraging WordPress to enhance and support the Canvas user experience, Joe teaches workshops, designs documentation, and supports Canvas users across the University. Joe holds a B.A. and M.A. in English Literature from Rutgers University and an M.S. in Library and Information Science from Drexel University and has over 5 years of experience teaching University-level writing and literature courses.
